Chapter 1106: Extraterrestrial Civilization

An orange beam of light enveloped Ye Fan. Amidst swirling mists, it lifted him upwards, and he vanished into the enormous azure-gold disc.

Spatial Markings!

Ye Fan realized this light was formed by strands of void laws woven together. The flying object, emanating a silvery glow, seemed to absorb everything around it.

As he neared the azure-gold disc, he became even more certain: the artifact was crafted from a composite divine material, suitable for forging sacred artifacts. It contained Grand Luo Silver Essence, azure-gold, suet jade, iron, and other components.

"Whoosh!"

The laws of light were incredibly swift; Ye Fan felt as if he was becoming light. The disc gleamed with a cold metallic luster. Its bottom opened, revealing a luminous aperture that drew him in before closing shut.

He found himself in a colossal golden hall, or perhaps a cage, vast and silent, as if he had entered the depths of space.

The four walls were metallic, inscribed with numerous runes, as well as depictions of flowers, birds, fish, insects, and beasts, flickering with specks of light like stars in the night sky. The curved ceiling was covered in intricate and profound patterns.

Ye Fan was startled. "Is this truly a flying saucer?" he wondered. It looked more like a powerful spatial artifact that had drawn him into its inner world.

"These patterns are... Dao Markings!"

He furrowed his brows, further realizing that this was far more complex than he had imagined. Otherwise, it wouldn't have been able to confine him; it felt like the interwoven laws within a sacred artifact.

This deviated somewhat from his expectations. It might not necessarily be a flying saucer; it could genuinely be a peculiar artifact that had given birth to a divine spirit, which explained the various strange phenomena.

"Boom!"

Ye Fan extended his palm, his golden fist glowing with formidable power as he struck the metal wall. At present, his pure physical strength was enough to shatter a half-sacred artifact.

However, the reality exceeded his expectations. The golden wall hummed and vibrated, but the intricate patterns and elegant lines remained undamaged, swaying like silver serpents.

"Not a flying saucer, but a sacred artifact!?" Ye Fan exclaimed in surprise.

"Boom!"

He once again circulated his divine power, his golden physique becoming as clear as glazed glass, every pore on his body exuding and inhaling radiant mists, emitting brilliant light. Ye Fan's punch unleashed unparalleled destructive power, shattering the void as it struck the inner wall, yet it only produced a tremendous metallic tremor, leaving no trace of damage.

"What a powerful physique! The purest and strongest bloodline power! We've found a supreme golden body, a candidate for the strongest bloodline physique. This is a treasure!"

A mental fluctuation arrived, seemingly evaluating Ye Fan and revealing excitement. Simultaneously, a section of the metal wall turned transparent, allowing the spacious, pure metal hall to reveal the outside.

Ye Fan realized that while this enormous metal disc was indeed made of divine material and inscribed with Dao Markings, it didn't entirely rule out the possibility of it being a flying saucer. What he saw before him left him feeling quite unsettled.

The view beyond was even more expansive. There were numerous metal halls, one after another, each crystal-clear and transparent, made of an unknown material, and holding various creatures captive.

"Demons, humans, ancient races, various exotic beings..."

Ye Fan discovered that all the beings imprisoned here were incredibly powerful races. Even the fierce birds and savage beasts were primeval exotic species, such as golden-winged roc birds whose bodies seemed forged from gold, hundreds of feet long and dazzlingly brilliant, and three-legged golden crows wreathed in flames, among others.

"The spatial laws here are incredibly potent," he thought. "Exotic beasts hundreds of feet long are all contained within tiny metal halls."

Ye Fan was amazed. He could imagine that the amount of divine material used for this enormous metal disc was far less than it seemed; it was simply permeated with extreme spatial Dao Markings.

Within it, so many small halls were partitioned, allowing it to house strong individuals from various races without chaos.

"Those Dao Severing cultivators are here too," Ye Fan noted. He spotted several Dao Severing cultivators from the ancient races; their spirits were listless, and blood stained their bodies, as if blood samples had been drawn from them.

This was a prison. There were tens of thousands of small, crystal-clear, transparent metal halls, almost all of which held powerful races captive.

Ye Fan even discovered a stone man, though it was severely damaged and only at the Dao Severing realm, not a true Sacred Spirit.

Furthermore, he saw some races he didn't recognize at all, presumably not native to this ancient planet. Their skin was dark green, and they weren't humanoid. They could naturally control lightning, striking the halls and trying to break out.

Evidently, the spacious grand hall Ye Fan was in wasn't yet a cage, but merely an entrance used when capturing cultivators. A strange sound echoed, and a fire phoenix, resplendent and blood-red like a crimson cloud, suddenly appeared not far away.

This couldn't be a true Phoenix; it was merely a descendant with Phoenix blood, and the bloodline purity was very high, otherwise it wouldn't be so similar. Shimmering with five-colored auspicious light, it seemed forged from phoenix-blood scarlet gold, and it pounced.

"Clang!"

A mere flap of its wings would tear space apart. Every inch of its flesh and blood was incredibly intimidating, and its circulating blood produced sounds like thunder and lightning, clearly demonstrating the immense power of its physique.

"Whoosh!"

With a true phoenix's wing-spread, its phoenix-blood scarlet gold aura dazzlingly bright, it tore through the void, aiming to cleave Ye Fan's head while a pair of phoenix talons clawed towards his skull.

"A Dao Severing phoenix-blood exotic beast!"

Ye Fan was astonished. So many powerful ancient divine species were imprisoned within the metal disc; it was simply a treasure trove. Any one of them would be incredibly powerful.

If it were an ordinary person, an attack from this phoenix descendant would be certain death. Its physical strength alone was irresistible; its mighty bloodline allowed a single flap of its wings to tear the void!

But who was Ye Fan? He was the Human Sacred Body. In terms of physical body alone, who among Dao Severing cultivators dared to contend with him? Any head-on clash would only lead to defeat and death.

"Bang."

When Ye Fan stretched his body, his movements appeared very slow, but this was merely an illusion. His fist, like a golden bolt of lightning, struck the Dao Severing phoenix.

The sound of bones cracking echoed, accompanied by a large spray of misty blood that splattered across the golden hall. This divine phoenix tumbled backward, its scarlet-gold feathers drifting down.

Ye Fan furrowed his brow. This phoenix's physical body was excessively powerful; if it were any other Dao Severing cultivator, they would likely have been reduced to a bloody pulp by now, with not even bone fragments remaining.

"Truly a treasure-grade species! This captured prey is absolutely top-tier. Its blood is priceless, definitely worth having!"

The sound of someone clapping echoed, seemingly in admiration. Amidst the tens of thousands of metal halls, a jade-like passage, shimmering with brilliant light, appeared. A man and a woman emerged from it, both with long, lustrous, smooth purple hair and exquisite beauty, similar to humans.

"I told you earlier, there's no need for testing," the man said. He was very handsome, and wore a silver-white combat suit shimmering with light, interwoven with powerful Dao Markings. "This prey is perfect, but you wouldn't believe me and almost wasted one of our most powerful exotic phoenixes."

The woman had waist-length purple hair, skin as white as suet jade, and pupils that glowed with purple light, making her as beautiful as an elf. She also wore divine clothing, shimmering with metallic luster. She smiled, saying, "I can't believe we found such a great prize before leaving."

Ye Fan coldly watched them through the now transparent metal wall. Undoubtedly, these two viewed him as prey, like confronting a beast from another world.

Dao Markings flickered beneath their feet. Various symbols appeared, and Ye Fan and the massive metal hall he was in trembled, glowing with myriad colors as strands of divine patterns proliferated.

"Whoosh!"

He was teleported into another sealed metal chamber, far from the hall area he had just seen. This place seemed like a laboratory; through the crystal-clear, transparent prison wall, he could see various instruments outside.

Ye Fan showed surprise. Here, both Dao Markings and modern technology were densely present, truly unconventional, as if two civilizations had merged.

However, he wasn't overly shocked, because he himself came from a technologically advanced civilization on the other side of the starry sky, although that place wasn't particularly prosperous or developed by comparison.

"Through your eyes, I see surprise. Is it strange?" the purple-haired man said, standing with his hands behind his back and a hint of mockery at the corner of his lips. He scrutinized Ye Fan up and down like an owner examining a slave. "The vastness of the universe is beyond the imagination of you natives," he continued. "Although most stars are dead, and there are only a few ancient life-bearing planets, they are still enough to give rise to different civilizations."

The purple-eyed woman's hair was lustrous and seemed to possess a vibrant energy; her entire body shimmered with crystalline light. She also observed Ye Fan for a long time, seemingly very satisfied. "Extracting this prey's blood will likely allow us to create the strongest combat body," she said. "Perhaps it can rival the few other divine blood samples in our Eternal Kingdom; it might even compare to the ancient divine blood sealed and preserved in the Immortal Treasure Vault."

They were all communicating through mental fluctuations, otherwise Ye Fan wouldn't have been able to understand. Clearly, they were from an extraterrestrial civilization with a unique language.

"Who are you, where do you come from, how many ancient life-bearing planets are there in the universe, why are you here, and what is your purpose?" Ye Fan asked, showing no awareness of being a captive whatsoever. Instead, he bombarded them with questions.

"Who exactly is the captive?" the purple-haired man said with an indifferent smile, his silver combat suit glowing with divine brilliance. He then stomped forcefully on a section of array patterns on the floor. Instantly, lightning and thunder intertwined throughout the metal chamber, no less potent than a heavenly tribulation, formed by a killing array!

However, to his surprise, Ye Fan didn't move an inch, even as the electric light enveloped him. His entire body's pores expanded, tempering his physique with the lightning. Golden ripples spread across his skin, making him appear like a golden war god.

"So powerful!" The man had to nod. He had originally intended to make Ye Fan suffer a bit, but hadn't expected the lightning to be ineffective.

"Hmm, the blood flowing in him... could it really rival that of ancient divine beings? Conduct a blood sample analysis immediately!" The purple-eyed woman's gaze was fervent, sparkling with an unusual brilliance. Evidently, this fervor in her beautiful eyes was merely an anticipation of the prey's extraordinary performance, nothing more.

A group of people walked over and entered the laboratory. They opened various technological instruments, conversing and discussing something from time to time. Unfortunately, Ye Fan couldn't understand their language. When these people looked at him, it was as if they were facing the most precious prehistoric species, their eyes burning with intensity.

Ye Fan understood that these people indeed came from another civilized world. They had mastered Dao Markings, laws, and other principles, combining them with technological civilization to form a truly terrifying system.

"Take extra care," the purple-haired man instructed seriously. "He is the greatest gain from this hunt, the most perfect individual. Be extremely cautious when extracting blood and divine law fragments; do not, under any circumstances, let him lose his vitality."

"Indeed, I want to keep this prey and raise him," the purple-eyed woman said, her spirits high. "I'll keep him in the 'Heavenly' Immortal Garden to compete with the divine pets of those few princesses and princely uncles."

Ye Fan remained indifferent, quietly watching them, realizing these people truly regarded him as a lower species, even a beast.

A huge screen flickered. Many light sources inside the disc lit up, shining together on Ye Fan. Various Dao Markings in the metal chamber revived, weaving into silver serpents that were about to connect to his body for calculation and analysis via the huge screen.

"Boom!"

Suddenly, Ye Fan sensed danger. Tens of thousands of silver serpents materialized, piercing his skin to draw blood. At this moment, he could no longer remain calm.

This metal chamber was incredibly sturdy, comparable to a sacred artifact, forged from divine material. Not wanting to waste time and fearing unexpected complications, he immediately took out the green bronze cauldron from within his body.

At present, he couldn't activate this immortal cauldron, but he could carry it by hand and use it directly as a heavy battering ram!

"Clang!"

Ye Fan's strength was immense. Holding the green cauldron, he swung his arm and struck the metal wall with great force. With just one strike, a green light flashed, and the entire sealed metal wall shattered into pieces.

"Quick, stop him!" These people were instantly aghast. This was unprecedented. They had previously evaluated this prey, believing he couldn't possibly shake the flying sacred artifact. Yet now, such a terrifying thing had occurred.

"You want to keep me? I think it's more likely you'll be my pets!" Ye Fan declared. "Furthermore, this spaceship now belongs to me!" After escaping, he lunged towards the leading man and woman.
