There isn't much to say, only a profound admiration remains. I truly feel ashamed of my own talent compared to this fellow Daoist!

Foreword: Originally, I had no such intention. I just wrote and shared casually, treating it as entertainment. I didn't participate in the previous sessions; at most, I merely expressed my reactions with emojis. As everyone knows, there are too many great talents in the Mortal Cultivation Area, like Bianhuang and Qie'e! As for discussing plot points, I usually just chatted a bit in the group and then left without leaving a trace or seeking recognition. But in the end, Guan Er and others still pulled me out, emphasizing the importance of participation to promote the prosperity of the Seventh Session. Therefore, I thought I might as well write some lyrics. There are so many characters in *A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality*, and each female cultivator has her own admirable and moving aspects, so dedicating a song to each of them wouldn't be excessive. The main song and the lyrics for the first seven female cultivators were relatively easy to write. But when it came to Zi Ling, I found it increasingly difficult. Zi Ling's perseverance mirrors Han Li's, so I couldn't repeat that. And her appearance gave me no inspiration for writing. One could say Zi Ling's character is too generic, or perhaps too unique. In any case, I couldn't quite grasp her. That's why I've delayed posting until today. Perhaps this is the last book review competition in the Mortal Cultivation Area. I've quietly followed *A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality* for over three years, and it's time to write something. I hope these humble efforts serve as a prelude, and I wish the Seventh Session complete success!

**1. My Heart Seeks the Dao**

A millennium like a myth,Ten thousand ages fleeting in an instant.I spent three thousand six hundred years,To pluck a fleeting blossom from the world.

A river of stars, just a speck of sand;Nearby yet seemingly distant as the horizon.Journeying through the Five Elements and Eight Desolate Realms,I comprehended freedom and true law.

Beholding landscapes like paintings,Seeing beauties without blemish. My heart seeks the Dao,Free from struggle.

Let worldly splendor be,Let vicissitudes change. My heart seeks the Dao,Never complicated.

**2. Waiting for a Millennium (Nangong)**

A profound gaze of waiting for a millennium,Long estranged from the cycles of time.Gently smoothing my brows, candlelight wearily flickers;Drinking wine beneath the snow, letting time fly by.

Your tenderness entwines my memories,My window imbued with the scent of waiting.Flowers bloom and fall, reflecting the lengthening of white hair;Clouds gather and disperse, yet my longing still sprouts.

I often wonder who washes your green robes,I often wonder if your auspicious clouds can carry away my endless worries.Often to the stars I whisper endless millennium-long dreams,Often to the moon I swat down lonely fireflies.

I often wonder if your green robes need washing,I often wonder if your auspicious clouds can carry away my worries. No longer do I wish for stars to be filled with endless millennium-long dreams,No longer do I wish for a lone shadow in the moon to swat down fireflies.

**3. Life and Death Covenant (Silvermoon)**

The princess's veil is torn,Whose cries alarm the moon in the sky?Fragile footsteps, a fragile heart — to whom can they confide? The world, like snow, seems an ephemeral dream.

The destined outcome has nothing to do with right or wrong; In this life, I sign a life-and-death covenant with you.Can the guarded secret, the guarded inner demon, find release?Leaving me with a long song beneath the starry sky.

Moonlight freezes, cold winds whistle mournfully; My thoughts reflect the sky's pervasive brilliance.Time flows by, understanding nothing; You once heard the silent sigh.

Moonlight is indifferent, starlight faint; My worries hang inverted, swaying across the sky.Time flows by, the long night deepens; The long night is not as deep as the Heavenly River we gaze across.

**4. A Fateful Mistake (Chen Qiaoqian)**

Spring flowers bloom across the mountains,I await your gaze back.Sighs have come a thousand, ten thousand times,Drowning all that was before.

The cold wind lets my long hair scatter,Yet I hope for it to warm.Sorrowful snow covers a thousand mountains; From high above, all I see are weary faces.

The Great Dao is ruthless, and so are you;Your ruthlessness has broken half a lifetime in haste.Beauties are ill-fated, I am even more so;How can my ill fate be told to one who understands?

I foolishly wait; the east wind withers countless petals, yet your trace is nowhere to be seen.I resent; the winter sky brings only the sorrow of fateful mistakes.

The Great Dao is ruthless, and so are you;Your ruthlessness has broken half a lifetime in haste.Beauties are ill-fated, I am even more so;How can my ill fate be told to one who understands?

**5. Fragrance of a Hundred Flowers (Baohua)**

Quietly, sand like snow;Faintly, the fragrance of a hundred flowers.Your tree's fragrance,Buried by how much time?Your rare beauty,For whom is it treasured even now?

A clear breeze carries the aura of a ten-thousand-year demon;Quietly put away those ancient memories.A thousand feet of worries are merely heart wounds;Looking back, perhaps there's no more hesitation.

Standing barefoot, breathtaking, merely an elegant gesture of the hand;Clothes fluttering lightly, gently caressing the horizon's glow. The illusionary desert, though howling, still cannot conceal the destined matchmaker. With a charming glance back, you shame tonight's setting sun.

Quietly, sand like snow;Faintly, the fragrance of a hundred flowers.Your tree's fragrance,Buried by how much time?Your rare beauty,For whom is it treasured even now?

**7. Encountering Time (Ling Yuling)**

Clad in plain white and vibrant red, whose anxiety is this?A heart unsettled for ten thousand years.Unexplained sorrow, collected through all seasons,For a moment, gather loneliness into my heart.

Starry sea scenery, peach and plum fragrance,The Women's Kingdom could not keep Tang Sanzang.Since then, years have passed, yet my heart's worries are unending. Can you recall peaches ripening and apricots turning yellow?

The Great Dao journeys far, leaving only a silhouette in the distance.A melodious green song echoes for three thousand years, a surprised glance back.Youthful encounters are always lonely and hesitant. Now, contemplation is merely a ripple spreading in the water's center.

**8. Cold Beauty (Ice Phoenix)**

As her name suggests, a faint coldness,Borrowing a touch of vibrant red on your face. The evening sun has already bathed the sky;A thousand miles of ice once sealed a powerful being.

Worldly affairs turn over like an autumn wind,Severing how many youthful dreams of departure? The cold beauty is always unapproachable,Silently, her sorrow flows.

The cold beauty is always unapproachable,To guess her thoughts would take a lifetime of earnest effort.

The cold beauty is always unapproachable,In her eyes, her sorrow flows. The cold beauty is always unapproachable,To guess her thoughts would take a lifetime of devotion.

**9. The Femme Fatale (Zi Ling)**

Who once called beauties 'femme fatales'?One cannot discern the truth or falsehood of this statement. How many tales in the human worldHave inverted right and wrong?

And who said heroes are fearless? How many times have they turned the tide?Even if he truly could shake heaven and earth,Who would remember him a thousand years later?

If people only have themselves in their hearts,Then who is the 'femme fatale' for whom?If life is only tragedy,Why rush through it even once?

If people have no self in their hearts,Then who can a 'femme fatale' harm?If life holds no tragedy,Then why speak of rushing through it even once?
