The Kunlun Mountains were majestic and grand.
In front of the Ox King's palace, the big black ox and the yellow ox stood in a daze. The mountain peak opposite them had completely vanished. Once the dust settled, it was clear that a section of the mountain had disappeared into thin air.
Chu Feng chuckled dryly, "I accidentally flattened the mountain peak."
The two oxen stared at him dumbfounded, unable to look away. "This is too absurd, isn't it? That was a massive mountain peak, and it just vanished in the blink of an eye? How incredibly fierce must that be?"
The yellow ox immediately fixed its gaze on the snow-white Vajra Bodhi bracelet on Chu Feng's wrist, suspicion in its eyes. "Was it that?" it asked.
Chu Feng smiled and nodded, very pleased. Even if it was ultimate waste material, what did it matter? It was powerful enough to destroy mountains and crack the earth; a beast king probably couldn't withstand a single hit.
The big black ox rushed over and snatched the bracelet, examining it suspiciously from all angles. "It doesn't seem special," it mused. "Could this really level a mountain peak?"
"It's bonded to me; you can't use it!" Chu Feng replied calmly.
The big black ox scoffed, radiating arrogance. It stood upright, one foreleg resting on its hip, and declared, "Bonded? Do you think this is a myth? In this world, only evolution matters. I'm not superstitious!"
"If you're not superstitious, how did you become a spirit?" Chu Feng retorted disdainfully.
"Kid, you're asking for trouble!" The big black ox rolled up its sleeves, making its long cloak wrinkled.
With a whoosh, the yellow ox snatched the Vajra Bodhi bracelet, weighing it repeatedly. Then, it activated a special breathing technique, and in an instant, it figured out how to use it.
Immediately after, it flung the bracelet with great force.
A colossal boom echoed from a nearby mountain peak, followed by towering dust clouds. In the blink of an eye, the peak was gone.
The big black ox was dumbfounded. "If this thing hit a beast king, they wouldn't be able to stand it, would they? Leveling a mountaintop with one strike is truly terrifying."
"Quick, retrieve it!" the big black ox yelled to the crow.
Chu Feng personally followed. While in Kunlun, one couldn't use divine sense to anticipate danger, using it to locate objects was unaffected.
What followed was a lively scene around the Ox King's palace. The two oxen, in their pursuit of studying the Vajra Bodhi bracelet, seemed to go mad, constantly throwing it at supersonic speeds.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Before long, over a dozen nearby mountaintops had disappeared, each a section shorter than before. Still unsatisfied, the two oxen aimed for targets further away.
Boom!
"Old Black, what are you doing? You've crossed the line! I'm warning you, you can tear down your own home, but don't destroy my dwelling, or I'll fight you to the death!"
"Old Black, do you want to level mountains and destroy villages? Do you want to fight me to the death?!"
"Bull Demon King, are you out of your mind?!"
In reality, they were still quite far from those beast kings' territories, only having leveled a few individual peaks on the outskirts of their main mountains. However, the commotion was so immense that it alarmed them.
"Apologies, this king recently had some insights into the Ox Demon Fist and overdid my practice!" The big black ox chuckled dryly, using this as an excuse.
"What a treasure! It looks so light and ethereal, but it's got such a 'violent temper' when used seriously. This Vajra Bodhi bracelet matches my temperament. Kid, you already have a flying sword anyway, just give it to me." The big black ox tried to claim it.
Chu Feng reacted quickly, snatching it back directly. "Big Brother Black, do you want to test the power of this Vajra Bodhi bracelet?" he asked.
"How dare you!" The big black ox recoiled, genuinely wary.
He had just carefully considered its power; it was truly terrifying. Tens of thousands of pounds of material transformed into a bracelet, flying at supersonic speeds—no one could withstand a hit from it.
"We could go try it on the Tibetan Antelope King," the yellow ox suggested.
"Right, we haven't settled the score with that rascal yet!" The big black ox nodded. Like an old rogue, it waved a large hoof and declared, "Let's go!"
The crow spread its wings, carrying the three of them to land on a picturesque mountain peak.
A resplendent golden palace stood there. The Tibetan Antelope King was outside, drinking tea, seated on a stone chair atop the mountain, enjoying a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks, feeling quite content.
The moment the two oxen and Chu Feng appeared, the Tibetan Antelope King's scalp tingled. His pleasant mood vanished completely; he simply couldn't afford to provoke these three.
"Ox King, King Chu!" he quickly rose and instructed his subordinates to serve tea, offering a very polite and solicitous welcome.
"We're here to discuss compensation," the big black ox stated directly.
"No problem at all! Whichever tree you fancy in my medicinal garden, just dig it up!" The Tibetan Antelope King was magnanimous, or rather, he had no choice. With three king-level beings blocking his home, he couldn't help but bow his head.
"The fruits on these exotic trees of yours were harvested long ago. Who knows when they'll blossom and bear fruit again? Besides, what if they die during transplantation? For now, let them grow here. We'll come back when they bear fruit next time," the big black ox said.
The Tibetan Antelope King's heart bled. He knew this wasn't just talk; his medicinal garden would effectively be open to the two oxen, a tremendous loss.
"Wasn't there compensation from the Woodpecker King's medicinal garden?" he asked hesitantly.
The big black ox glared. "That mountain peak was taken down by my brother Chu Feng, so it should rightfully be his. Since you participated in the siege, you naturally need to provide some compensation."
"Alright, that's enough." The yellow ox smiled gently, stopping the big black ox, and addressed the Tibetan Antelope King, "Today, we mainly want to ask for a small favor from you."
"What is it?" the Tibetan Antelope King inquired.
The yellow ox, with a gentle smile and a soft voice, looked harmless and somewhat innocent. "It's simple," it said. "Just help Chu Feng test his weapon to see if it's been refined poorly."
"No problem, that's easy!" The Tibetan Antelope King readily agreed, smiling. It was just a weapon appraisal, wasn't it? Even if he wasn't skilled, he could still say a few casual words.
However, his smile soon faded, replaced by a chilling sensation. He saw Chu Feng weighing the Vajra Bodhi bracelet, signaling him to stand further away, and explicitly telling him he was about to get a hit.
"No, please! Let's talk this over, no need for violence!" The Tibetan Antelope King panicked.
"Don't misunderstand," Chu Feng said. "I just want to test the weapon's power. Stand a bit further away and resist as best you can."
"No... Aah!" the Tibetan Antelope King shrieked.
The Vajra Bodhi bracelet had flown, breaking the sound barrier. The Tibetan Antelope King reacted quickly, shifting his body and blocking with both arms, but he was still hit.
His arms gave a light crunching sound, unable to withstand the Vajra Bodhi bracelet, and suffered complete fractures.
Finally, the Vajra Bodhi bracelet struck one of his broken horns, pulverizing it. The Tibetan Antelope King fell backward to the ground, motionless.
The Vajra Bodhi bracelet continued its flight, directly shattering the peak of a small mountain in the distance.
The yellow ox and the crow went to retrieve the Vajra Bodhi bracelet, while Chu Feng and the big black ox rushed over to check on the Tibetan Antelope King. They found him convulsing, but thankfully, he wasn't dead.
However, when they felt its skull, they discovered that in addition to the broken horn being completely pulverized, even the skull itself had fractured.
"Old Sheep, wake up, I didn't mean it! I'm sorry, I don't want those compensations anymore," Chu Feng called out, full of remorse.
"Kid, you're practically trying to commit murder," the big black ox exclaimed, clicking its tongue.
"I didn't even use my full strength; I tested it very conservatively," Chu Feng whispered.
The big black ox was also surprised. This Vajra Bodhi bracelet was truly a deadly weapon.
Chu Feng made a rough calculation and also realized its terrifying power: it was faster than a bullet and had more than a hundred thousand times the mass of a bullet!
Rocket-propelled grenades, artillery shells, armor-piercing rounds—they paled in comparison, not even in the same league.
"It's a good thing it didn't hit his crown, or he probably would have exploded," the big black ox whispered. Killing a beast king without reason was a major incident in Kunlun and would provoke widespread anger.
"I was holding back my power, not using any force at all!" Chu Feng insisted.
When the Tibetan Antelope King awoke, he found himself lying on a jade bed in his palace. Then, he saw the two oxen and Chu Feng all smiling at him, which made his fur stand on end and his scalp tingle.
He finally understood why Chu Feng was called the "Demon King Chu" by outsiders. Was this the result of a "simple weapon test"? He had nearly been torn to pieces!
"Brother Sheep, let's just forget about everything that happened before. You've suffered today," Chu Feng said, leaning closer and trying to sound as gentle as possible.
The Tibetan Antelope King looked at Chu Feng's gleaming white teeth and then at the sparkling bracelet on his wrist. He felt none of the warmth or goodwill he expected; instead, goosebumps covered his entire body.
"While I recover these next few days, if you're not busy, please don't come over," the Tibetan Antelope King said, bracing himself. His words were quite subtle, implying that Chu Feng should go somewhere cool and stay away for a few days, simply not appearing.
He simply couldn't endure that kind of fright; seeing Chu Feng made his fur stand on end. Even with a smile, Chu Feng looked like a grinning demon.
Rejected so thoroughly, Chu Feng turned and left.
The big black ox stayed behind to intimidate the Tibetan Antelope, ordering it to keep silent and not spread any rumors.
Finally, the yellow ox finished up, comforting the Tibetan Antelope and teaching him a palm technique called "Antelope Hanging Horns."
The Tibetan Antelope King's mood was complex. He felt it would be best if he never saw that Demon King Chu again in his life.
Two days later, Chu Feng gave up hope. Seeds buried on several Kunlun peaks failed to sprout or take root because the soil there, like Mount Tai, was currently three-colored earth.
"The earth is still recovering," the yellow ox said calmly. "Later on, not only will four-colored and five-colored earth appear, but even nine-colored earth will emerge."
According to it, the fruits borne by those mysterious ancient trees would continuously increase in medicinal efficacy!
"Don't be fooled by some famous mountains being occupied now," it continued. "Once the sacred ancient trees fully recover and their fruits display miraculous medicinal properties, there will undoubtedly be rivers of blood as fierce battles for supremacy erupt."
Two days later, they prepared to depart for Europe.
Zhou Quan came to see them off, clinging to Chu Feng reluctantly, tearfully lamenting. He mainly missed human society and wished to return and see it.
The big black ox promised that he could go home and visit once they returned from the West.
In the western region, there was a mysterious passage leading directly to Europe.
However, it wasn't in the Kunlun area but in the Turpan Basin in Xinjiang. Chu Feng and the others set off, traveling by crow, traversing countless mountains.
Finally, they arrived in Xinjiang.
In the basin, a colossal diversiform-leaved poplar tree was rooted, taller than many mountains, reaching a height of three thousand meters, with lush branches and leaves.
This was originally a thousand-year-old ancient tree. After the world-altering changes, it began to grow wildly and undergo intense transformation after a brief dormancy, eventually becoming a Tree King.
It had already developed consciousness and feared no beast king.
"Diversiform-leaved Poplar Tree King, we are merely passing through, with no ill intent," the big black ox announced.
"Please!" The three-thousand-meter-tall diversiform-leaved poplar tree swayed, emitting a thundering rumble. Its divine sense was extraordinary, and it naturally knew that these three beings were not to be trifled with, as they were all kings.
Ahead, a dense mist enveloped the area. Though it was white fog, visibility was zero, and it also blocked divine sense.
"Be careful. Let's stick together and not spread out," the big black ox cautioned.
Finally, after passing through the mist-shrouded area, they found the landscape had shifted. They were far from the Turpan Basin, now in an entirely new region.
"Where are we?" Chu Feng found himself standing in a mountainous area.
"It should be Greece," the yellow ox replied. Previously, some other species had traversed the mist-shrouded area, traveling back and forth between Greece and the Turpan Basin.
"I remember that beast king named Red Scale has its lair in Greece?" Chu Feng asked.
The yellow ox nodded. "Yes, that's right. It resides at the foot of Mount Olympus and is suspected to be a red dragon. Its power is incredibly formidable, and many call it the God of Fire."
"Augustus and that Red Scale completely disdained you, spouting nonsense and saying you weren't even qualified to go to the Vatican," the big black ox chuckled.
"Big Brother Black, do you have any suggestions?" Chu Feng asked.
"Didn't that Western dragon say if you dared to come to Europe, it would teach you how to behave in minutes? I say we just teach it how to be a beast first by attacking its lair."
"I like it!" The yellow ox raised a hoof in approval.
Chu Feng smiled. "I hear these dragons love collecting treasures. Let's go help it take inventory!"
With the three of them together, wanting peace and quiet was simply impossible!
Gangster crews and bandit gangs would look pathetic compared to their trio!
After leaving the mountainous terrain, Chu Feng gazed at the city in the distance, then at the big black ox standing upright with a purple-bronze long saber on its back, and the yellow ox whose golden fur gleamed. "This won't do," he said. "We haven't even reached our destination, and we'll already be making headlines. You two should transform into human forms."
"A piece of cake!" The big black ox had no problem with that.
The yellow ox was extremely resistant, a hundred and twenty times unwilling.
However, unable to withstand the persuasion from one person and one ox, it finally nodded in agreement.
That night, the big black ox ransacked a store. When he returned, Chu Feng's jaw nearly dropped to the ground; he didn't recognize him at all.
The big black ox, now in human form, stood a robust one hundred ninety-five centimeters tall, with a formidable build. He was dressed in a suit and shining black leather shoes, his hair slicked back, wearing large sunglasses, and with a thick cigar dangling from his mouth. His demeanor was utterly unparalleled!
