"Their bloodbath?" Moyu Qingyan pondered, trailing behind.

As Luo Feng returned to the hall and resumed drinking, the other guests in Dream Flower Building were utterly stirred up.

Some excitedly debated, while others quickly departed to report the details back to their respective factions. Meanwhile, the thousand or so Void True Gods of the Huyang Guard quietly and discreetly slipped away.

News of the events at Dream Flower Building quickly spread throughout Huyang City, simmering and growing.

Inside the hall at Dream Flower Building, Luo Feng and Zhu You sat facing each other, drinking and chatting, utterly at ease.

"Brother Luo He, what you've done in Huyang City is practically tearing the sky open!" Zhu You exclaimed. "Those Eternal True Gods from the five great families *are* the sky of Huyang City. You killed one of them; they will never let it go easily."

"And what can they do if they don't let it go?" Luo Feng said with a faint smile, raising his wine cup. "I'll be right here in Huyang City, openly. Let's see what methods they'll employ."

Zhu You could tell that Lord Luo He genuinely had no fear of the five great families.

"Impressive," Zhu You murmured. "My Zhu clan would never dare to do something like this."

"You have clan ties, so naturally, you must act with more caution," Luo Feng said with a smile. "I'm just a lone traveler, with only two servants by my side. I have no attachments, so I can act with greater freedom and abandon."

Zhu You nodded. "But Brother Luo He, you must be careful. Even if no one within Huyang City can harm you, they might invite powerful figures from other regions."

"I've already shown considerable deference to the City Lord's Mansion," Luo Feng said, pouring himself more wine. "Tonight, I merely killed the deeply heinous Mei Wuqi and his accomplice, Qian Yuchong. I didn't lay a hand on the other Huyang Guards; I even let them take that Purple Jade Hou. "The clans of Chaos Masters are immense. If a Chaos Master had to intervene for every minor incident, would that make them their subordinates?" Luo Feng shook his head. "Unless it's an earth-shattering event that truly enrages them, Chaos Masters will not concern themselves with it."

At this moment, within the Mei Wu clan's colossal residence, the family's high-ranking members had all gathered.

Eight figures were seated apart.

"Our Mei Wu family's branch in Huyang City had only nine Eternal True Gods in total, and now only eight remain!" exclaimed the black-haired elder who led them, whose body even sprouted some branches and leaves.
