Chapter 621: Continuing the History of Shixing

Xu Zhi knew very well that trying to keep the players from causing trouble was a lost cause. It was simply impossible, and always would be. Wherever they went, chaos and bizarre events were sure to follow.

However, he didn't bother to intervene, as he had grown accustomed to it. The entire pixel planet was still in its nascent stage, and a new era was bound to emerge. These players would eventually be woven into its ancient mythological history. As for how future generations would view them? History is a peculiar concept; it smooths over rough edges, preserving only their most glorious deeds, transforming them into upright and resolute heroes of the past.

"Given the unique nature of their pixel planet, it will soon face an invasion."

Xu Zhi mused, "Two hundred years have passed. Riding the express train of the world line, two dominant planets have emerged, long transcending the primitive tribal era. The weak are destined to suffer."

Currently, on Stone Star, only Zack possesses the ability to fly through space. While it also benefits from the advanced technology of the High Green people, its development rate remains comparatively slower. Meanwhile, Cybertron has developed at an astonishing pace, achieving interstellar dominance. It's highly probable that a mechanical civilization will soon descend upon them, and the entire pixel planet may face a genuine invasion.

"While it might not be as brutal as the Dark Forest Law of the universe, it will resemble the historical discovery of new continents: backwardness will lead to conquest, enslavement, and exploitation as labor to extract resources."

"If they fail to resist again, these players will likely be forced to change their allegiance once more, becoming servile followers of Cybertron's powerful inhabitants."

"In any case, they are destined to clash with other planets; it's only a matter of time."

If they are happy, let them be. Their very presence and racial traits are meant to improve the planet's ecosystem. As for killing them? Their racial abilities are formidable; at most, they'd be confined and used as lab mice. As for their developing planetary civilization? While they are indeed researching workstations and particle synthesis/decomposition systems, it's a long process, and he hasn't placed all his hopes on them.

"The true development of cosmic civilization will still hinge on the native inhabitants."

Xu Zhi took a light step. "My path to godhood lies here." He strode through the dark, boundless cosmos, an ethereal white porcelain deity exuding immense presence. A soft white light emanated from his body, making him appear as translucent and beautiful as glazed glass. Wherever he passed, the planets' nascent consciousnesses instinctively rejoiced, sensing the arrival of their creator.

"Meanwhile, Meng Po is still being guided by the First God Official on a tour of Stone Star, seemingly quite content..." Xu Zhi observed with a glance.

"That historical period is reaching its final moment." Suddenly, a voice, Carolyn's, echoed through the air. Xu Zhi nodded, striding towards Stone Star. "Indeed," he replied, "a new history has finally begun."

On Stone Star, the moment Zack shattered the meteor, everyone cheered, weeping with joy.

"Has the course of destiny been altered?" "Is the All-God, the mysterious creator of all things, still observing our planet?"

"According to our analysis, it is the ultimate existence in the world—omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient—standing at the origin and end of all timelines, possessing the ultimate characteristic of creation itself."

Elsewhere, Meng Po and the First God Official, their identities concealed, were eating on the street while observing the planet's civilization. She had been on this planet for several months now. Their visit perfectly aligned with this historical moment: Zack had just defeated Cell and shattered the meteor.

"After touring for several months... their great battle has just concluded."

At that moment, Shangguan Man, listening to the surrounding voices, maintained a calm demeanor, yet inwardly, her hands trembled violently as she absorbed the planet's history. She mused, "This planet just shattered a meteor and defeated Cell? That's not particularly impressive, nor does it signify great strength. But the All-God? Controlling the future and past of the timeline?"

It was utterly terrifying. The First God Official merely smiled. He had brought her here not only for her to comprehend the might of this world's civilization but also to learn the history of Stone Star from this very planet, thus revealing the awe-inspiring power of the All-God!

At this point, the final chapter of this history unfolded.

The people across Stone Star watched as a vibrant aurora draped the distant ice ocean. Two ancient white porcelain deities slowly approached, descending into a frozen city. They walked along its cobblestone streets, observing the local cultures and architectural styles.

"White skin, with black seaweed on their heads... are those gods?" "Two All-Gods?" Everyone gasped, their eyes wide with astonishment.

Under the gaze of all, Carolyn and Xu Zhi's figures, just as in the past, reenacted history, eating fruit from the street vendors. Soon after, Zack, Android 18, and the High Green Star Elder flew in, initiating a monumental, epoch-making dialogue.

Meng Po, observing from a distance, trembled with fear. She and the First God Official remained in the nearby shop, identities concealed, watching the scene unfold.

"Oh my goodness... my heavens!" "I feel the entire planet cheering, as if celebrating the arrival of its mother!"

"Such supreme beings... creators of planets, All-Gods who perceive both past and future... there are two of them?" Meng Po, like everyone else, found it utterly unbelievable at first sight, having assumed there was only one All-God.

The First God Official cautioned her, "Do not act rashly now. This is a fated historical moment. The two All-Gods will suddenly descend upon this ice layer a few months after the meteor was shattered, initiating a dialogue... If we interfere, we risk altering this planet's history and the future of the world."

Altering predetermined history? The future of the world? Shangguan Man instantly broke out in goosebumps. She had always believed that the Lord of Reincarnation was the mightiest in this world, but now she realized there were powers far beyond her comprehension. He could, at most, be considered the strongest among the Seventh Order Heavenly Emperors. The universe was simply too vast. Countless worlds and civilizations, brilliant and vast, stretched endlessly.

Shortly before her arrival, while observing the local customs, she discovered the planet's peculiar history wasn't a traditional linear progression... Zack repeatedly journeyed back into the past. She read through texts like "Timeline: Dragon Ball Apocalypse" and "Timeline: I Have a Dream." In them, she witnessed Stone Star's failed futures across countless parallel universes.

"Zack is constantly traversing the past!" "I've witnessed the tragedies of countless parallel universes!" "So-called miracles have always come with a hidden price tag."

From afar, she gazed at the handsome, tall, white dwarf, Frieza, the Frost Demon, who could transform three times. She saw the incredible, radiation-powered Android 18, and the Great Elder, who wielded the even more terrifying High Green Star civilization's Dragon Ball wish-granting technology.

"They created miracles, built on mountains of corpses and seas of blood. Did they die countless times in parallel universes? Is this truly a miracle? Hmph. They haven't encountered our Lord of Reincarnation. Before him, any miracle becomes an impossibility; he is the terminator of miracles."

A faint pride crossed Shangguan Man's face. "But... viruses, Cell, Frieza, parallel universes, two All-Gods standing at the past and future ends of time, omniscient, omnipotent ultimate creator gods..." Hidden in a distant corner, her face was deathly pale. She felt the world spinning, nearly fainting. It was as if something was stirring within her; an absolute sense of authority was crumbling, yet new insights were simultaneously burgeoning.

"These are the gods we worship," the First God Official also mused, his eyes filled with profound reverence. "The All-God signifies everything... I, too, was granted life by them. A single thought from them dictates a planet's destruction or its birth."

In the distance, the epoch-making dialogue continued.

"This world will still face new apocalypses in the future, but there will be no second chances," Xu Zhi concluded, following the historical script. "Crises, as they're called, necessitate forethought, development, and preparation."

Xu Zhi delivered the final line according to the historical script. "We shall go," he said. Then, he and Carolyn turned, still eating fruit, and vanished from the street. Before disappearing, Xu Zhi cast a final glance at Shangguan Man in the corner, finding it rather amusing. This event hadn't occurred previously, clearly signaling a connection to the unfolding era.

*Whoosh!* Shangguan Man's heart pounded at the sight of the true supreme being, the All-God. Her face flushed with awe. "He glanced at me one last time? Could he have been taken by my beauty? But I belong to His Majesty!"

The First God Official's face was a picture of confusion. "Beauty!?" he thought. "This ancient, wrinkled old woman actually believes she's beautiful? Would the All-God truly be interested in someone like her?" He was utterly speechless. He had always found the beings from that world peculiar—first the strangely laughing individuals, and now this leading old woman, who seemed equally odd. And their world's ruler was even stranger still—how could he possibly be attracted to such an appearance? The thought itself was horrifyingly ludicrous!

In the starry sky, Carolyn's expression was serene. "Now, the history we projected two hundred years ago has perfectly aligned. It also perfectly timed for the emissaries from another world to witness our descent and the dialogue, showcasing the might of our world."

If they were to engage in communication, it was essential to subtly display their profound power. And when was the most opportune moment? The very moment of their descent, as it would have the greatest impact. All of this was part of a meticulously planned scheme: initiating communication at the very end of the predicted era, ensuring the emissary from another world witnessed this precise moment.

Carolyn smiled. "It is now truly two hundred years later, and we will no longer interfere. At this moment, other planets have also developed. For instance, Cybertron has just shattered its meteor. And that pixel planet has also barely managed to grow. It's likely that various factions will soon come into conflict."

Xu Zhi nodded. "Don't assume much time has elapsed," he said. "The two hundred years of future events we projected have only now fully materialized. However, after these two highly advanced planets shattered their respective meteors, there will be no further projections for them. It is highly probable, though, that they will attack, or even enslave, other planets." This is the beginning of an era.

"I'll make a trip to Cybertron," Carolyn said after a few seconds of pause. "They've just shattered their meteor as well, and the final adjustments for the era's projection need to be made."

"Go," Xu Zhi smiled. Carolyn left directly.

Xu Zhi wasn't surprised; he merely marveled at the wondrous nature of time. The broader his perspective became, and the more mystical energies he encountered, the more he found the world fascinating.

"Time feels strangely disjointed... It's only now that we've connected to the end of the timeline we projected back then. I just saw Zack, Android 18, and the others; they have only just become real, and Zack has only just achieved his third transformation, winning the decisive battle against Cell."

As Xu Zhi spoke, he arrived at a new planet. It was neither Cybertron nor Stone Star. Instead, it was a primitive, indigenous planetary civilization, inhabited by the most unassuming of tribal people. Their appearance was surprisingly similar to Earthlings. Indeed, among the many peculiar vacuum-dwelling creatures throughout this universe, they were arguably the closest in appearance to modern humans: delicate beings with translucent, pale blue, jelly-like skin, through which their intricate, semi-transparent air passages and even their internal skeletons were almost visible. Aside from that, their basic anatomy was nearly identical. Their skin, in particular, was remarkably delicate and soft, and they preferred living on ice. Moreover, they possessed a unique characteristic: the ability to change their skin color. They could shift their skin color to facilitate a unique form of linguistic communication. Various color patches, like vibrant puzzle pieces, formed a special signal block code to convey language. Furthermore, their skin glowed. To be precise, it resembled a neon light, subtly illuminating and changing colors like a jellyfish.

At this moment, they were gathered on the ice, worshipping a fragmented stone statue.

"Lam!" "Lam!" They uttered strange mental projections, though these were not their primary language. While they possessed faint psionic abilities, they were not strong enough for regular communication, as it was too taxing. This worshipped statue was none other than Cell, who, after being struck by Zack's ki wave during the recent meteor virus apocalypse, had drifted through space for over a decade before plummeting onto this planet like a meteor. He was too badly injured, as if he had fallen into eternal sleep.

Xu Zhi stepped lightly, descending onto this ice layer. After the initial projection was complete, he hadn't concerned himself with the recently defeated Cell. However, now, it was naturally time to attend to him.

"Lam!" Suddenly, all the Lam people were so startled that their skin rippled and broke out in goosebumps. It then swiftly transitioned to a smooth, white complexion, transforming them into a pale-skinned race.

"What a remarkably timid species," Xu Zhi murmured, shaking his head. "It appears they change their skin to match the other race as a sign of submission, like a chameleon's camouflage, pretending to be of the same kind."

"A deity?" "Why do they look so much like us?" "A great god, descended from the starry heavens?" These beings widened their eyes, sensing an overwhelmingly powerful presence. Their bodies flickered with mottled colors, their faces contorted in terror, as they prostrated themselves on the ground, expressing a myriad of meanings through their shifting hues.

Xu Zhi ignored these weak indigenous civilizations.

"What compelled you to come to this planet?" Standing above, Xu Zhi gazed down at the entire stone statue, pondering. "Is it them? Are you so interested in these creatures? Where exactly does your interest lie? They are clearly weak life forms, seemingly without any potential."

Suddenly, a hoarse, fragmented telepathic message emanated from the statue: "Supreme God of Creation... you have finally arrived..."
