Chapter 2192: 玄魂玉

"By the way, Fellow Daoist Han, have you ever heard of the Four Seasons Sword Master?" Wang Changsheng asked curiously. The Four Seasons Sword Master was the founding ancestor of the Taiyi Immortal Sect, a figure of extraordinary divine powers, with legends about him in multiple realms.

He had inquired about the whereabouts of the Four Seasons Sword Master, but no one on the Profound Spirit Continent seemed to have heard of him, as if he didn't exist. Wang Qingshan told Wang Changsheng that the Four Seasons Sword Master's soul lamp, enshrined in the Taiyi Immortal Sect, had not yet extinguished, indicating he was still alive. As for his location, that remained unknown.

"Four Seasons Sword Master?" Han Changfeng paused, a look of contemplation on his face, then shook his head. "I haven't heard of him. I have heard of the Four Seasons Immortal, though. But he was only at the Nascent Soul stage, active over a thousand years ago, and was a venerated elder of our Han family. He passed away long ago."

"Four Seasons Immortal?" Based on the timeline, the Four Seasons Sword Master was already at the Nascent Soul stage over five thousand years ago, so it was unlikely he was active a thousand years ago. Perhaps it was just a similar name.

Either the Four Seasons Sword Master was not in the Profound Yang Realm, or he was in another part of it. Wang Changsheng leaned towards the former. Wang Qingshan had nearly died while searching for direct subordinate realms of the Profound Yang Realm, even with the Heaven-Shattering Soul-Severing Blade. The Four Seasons Sword Master, having traveled through multiple realms, might have gone to a parallel realm of the Profound Yang Realm.

"Fellow Daoist Han, it's been many years. Your Dharmakaya must be fully refined now, right?" Yang Xuemei said with a knowing smile.

"Madam Yang, you jest. Refining a Dharmakaya is hardly easy. Many Integration cultivators haven't fully refined theirs!" Han Changfeng shook his head. Different Dharmakayas require different refining materials. Cultivators practicing fire-attribute cultivation methods would use materials leaning towards fire and metal attributes, naturally having no use for water-attribute materials.

Furthermore, some special Dharmakayas require the essence souls of demonic beasts for refinement. Wang Changsheng, who practiced water-attribute cultivation methods, found the waters of the Underworld River to be the best material for refining his Dharmakaya. His current knowledge was far superior to what it once was. Even Integration cultivators could use the waters of the Underworld River. The spirit artifact likely disregarded it because the quantity was too small.

They discussed cultivation issues, particularly the methods for refining Dharmakayas. Wang Changsheng spoke little, as he hadn't been in the Void Refinement stage for long and didn't know much about Dharmakaya refinement methods.

More than two hours later, a thunderous dragon's roar interrupted their conversation. Wang Changsheng looked towards the lake. A giant black turtle, over a thousand feet in size, with a dragon's head and a turtle's body, floated on the water. Its neck was slender, adorned with some golden spiritual patterns.

This was a Fifth-Rank high-grade Flood Dragon-Turtle, its size far inferior to that of a Qilin-Turtle.

"Fellow Daoist Han, in a few more centuries, your Qilin-Turtle will likely advance to the Sixth Rank!" Yang Xuemei said with a hint of envy.

"Madam Yang, you jest. Advancing to Sixth Rank is not that easy. To be frank, this Flood Dragon-Turtle of mine has consumed many Sixth-Rank turtle demon cores, but to no avail. I hear that the Myriad Spirit Sect has special spiritual items that can increase the chances of spirit beasts advancing to Sixth Rank." Han Changfeng concluded, his face full of longing.

"Fellow Daoist Long, your ancestors came from the Myriad Spirit Sect. Do you know of any methods?" Wang Changsheng asked Long Yunxin curiously. If it worked for the Flood Dragon-Turtle, perhaps it could also work for the Qilin-Turtle.

"That depends on the evolutionary direction of Fellow Daoist Han's Flood Dragon-Turtle, whether it's evolving towards a flood dragon or a turtle. If it's evolving towards a flood dragon, then you'd need the pure blood essence or inner core of a Sixth-Rank flood dragon, or even Dragon Transformation Grass. If it's evolving towards a turtle, then you'd need the blood essence or demon core of a Xuanwu descendant or another powerful spirit turtle. You could also set up some special formations to assist its cultivation," Long Yunxin analyzed.

Han Changfeng nodded thoughtfully, and Wang Changsheng discreetly noted it down. They chatted for another two hours. Han Changfeng informed them that a gathering would be held at the Azure Glaze Tower in three days and invited them to attend. They both accepted.

After leaving the Han residence, Wang Changsheng and Long Yunxin strolled down the street. Wang Changsheng sought Long Yunxin's advice on insect and beast control techniques, and Long Yunxin was happy to answer. As they grew older, their knowledge expanded considerably, and their conversations covered a wider range of topics.

After about a quarter of an hour, as they passed a fork in the road, Long Yunxin suddenly took out a shimmering spiritual compass. After some calculations, his brows furrowed deeply.
