Chapter 2153: The Third Grandson of the Spirit Realm, Wang Qiushui

"Friends, have you obtained the Millenium Gold Centipede Grass? I am willing to pay a high price for it," Qian Guoxin said politely.

"No," Wang Qingfeng said, shaking his head.

Qian Guoxin frowned deeply and earnestly said, "Fellow Daoist Wang, I urgently need the Millenium Gold Centipede Grass. Please help me."

"I said no, so there's no need to lie to you!" Wang Qingfeng replied impatiently. He was straightforward and had no interest in deceiving anyone.

"Seventh Brother, stop talking nonsense with them. Let's just take them down. I refuse to believe they don't have the Gold Centipede Grass on them."

"Exactly! We discovered this place first, so the Gold Centipede Grass is ours."

"Hand over the Gold Centipede Grass, or you won't be leaving this place." The other three Qian family disciples looked menacing, ready to turn hostile at any moment.

"What a joke. Are you trying to bully us just because there are more of you? Do you think I'm afraid?" Wang Qingfeng sneered, his face full of disdain. He had extensive combat experience, having sparred frequently with fellow disciples since childhood, often winning more than he lost.

"Fellow Daoist Qian, we truly haven't found the Gold Centipede Grass. When we entered the cave, the Golden-Winged Flying Centipede had already consumed it," Dong Xueli quickly explained.

"How do we know you're telling the truth? The Golden-Winged Flying Centipede didn't eat it earlier, but it ate it as soon as you arrived? Unless you let us inspect the contents of your storage rings," a young woman in a green skirt questioned.

"Ridiculous. If you don't believe us, then don't. Why should I let you inspect anything?" Wang Qingfeng retorted.

"Our Qian family ancestors came from the Azure Cloud Sect. I ask both of you, for the sake of the Azure Cloud Sect, to hand over the Gold Centipede Grass. I will certainly offer you a satisfactory reward," Qian Guoxin said earnestly. He sensed that his opponents were not to be trifled with, so he invoked the Azure Cloud Sect, hoping to deter them. With a Void Refinement cultivator overseeing it, the Azure Cloud Sect should be intimidating enough to scare them off.

"Azure Cloud Sect? Humph, I thought you were disciples of the Profound Green Sect!" Wang Qingfeng scoffed, his face showing disdain. Comparing backgrounds with him? They had miscalculated. He flipped his hand, revealing a blue token clearly inscribed with the characters "Zhenhai."

"Zhenhai Palace!" Qian Guoxin's expression changed, his eyes filled with apprehension. This revelation made him even more hesitant to act. If they were to kill a Zhenhai Palace disciple and the news got out, it would bring ruin upon the Qian family, unless they could execute it perfectly. The other three Qian family disciples were also somewhat shocked. In their view, the Azure Cloud Sect was already a powerful force, but compared to Zhenhai Palace, it was far inferior.

"Fellow Daoist Qian, we truly haven't found the Gold Centipede Grass. Perhaps if we dissect the Golden-Winged Flying Centipede's corpse, you might find it," Dong Xueli suggested. It was naturally impossible for them to let Qian Guoxin inspect the contents of their storage rings, and Qian Guoxin seemed to be in urgent need of the Gold Centipede Grass. If this matter wasn't handled well, it could easily escalate into a fight.

Qian Guoxin landed on the ground, pulled out a gleaming golden flying knife, and sliced open the Golden-Winged Flying Centipede's abdomen. After a careful inspection, he naturally found no Gold Centipede Grass.

"Since there's no Gold Centipede Grass, then so be it. My apologies for the disturbance." Qian Guoxin sighed and led his family members away. He lacked the absolute confidence to detain Wang Qingfeng and Dong Xueli and dared not gamble with his family's safety.

Watching them leave, Dong Xueli breathed a sigh of relief.

"Fellow Daoist Wang, you just needed to explain it clearly to them. There was no need to argue," Dong Xueli said softly.

"One is one, two is two. If we don't have it, we don't have it. I don't lie, and I don't need to explain too much to them. Believe it or not," Wang Qingfeng said dismissively. He had always been this way and saw no need to explain himself to others.

Dong Xueli suddenly remembered something and frowned, saying, "Fellow Daoist Wang, you never mentioned that you were a Zhenhai Palace disciple."

"You never asked," Wang Qingfeng replied honestly.

Dong Xueli chuckled at his response.

"Alright, let's go! It's getting late." Wang Qingfeng put away the corpses of the two Golden-Winged Flying Centipedes and left the area with Dong Xueli.

Deep within the Black Moon Mountain Range, in a sprawling courtyard, Wang Qingcheng and Sun Yuejiao sat in a stone pavilion. A somewhat slender boy in blue clothes chased a small green horse puppet beast. The blue-clad boy had delicate features, his face quite similar to Sun Yuejiao's. This was Wang Qiushui, Wang Qingcheng's third son. Sun Yuejiao had originally hoped for a daughter but ended up with another son.

"Husband, will Little Uncle be alright? Should I ask Great Grandfather to send someone to look for him?" Sun Yuejiao suggested. With Wang Changsheng and Wang Ruyan away, as the elder brother and sister-in-law, they felt a responsibility. If anything happened to Wang Qingfeng, they wouldn't know how to explain it to Wang Changsheng and Wang Ruyan.

Wang Qingcheng shook his head. "No, I'll go look for him myself. No one else can persuade him; I know his temper."

"What? Qingfeng left the Black Moon Mountain Range?" A robust male voice suddenly rang out. As soon as the words fell, Wang Changsheng and Wang Ruyan entered.

"Father, Mother, you're back." Seeing Wang Changsheng and Wang Ruyan, Wang Qingcheng and Sun Yuejiao quickly stood up. The blue-clad boy ran to Wang Ruyan's side, gazing up at her eagerly.

"Mother, this is Qiushui. Qiushui, quickly greet Grandfather and Grandmother," Sun Yuejiao explained with a smile. Wang Qiushui hadn't been born when Wang Changsheng and Wang Ruyan left. They had been away for several years, so Wang Qiushui had never seen them before.

"Grandfather, Grandmother," Wang Qiushui called out.

Wang Ruyan picked up Wang Qiushui and said with a chuckle, "Let Grandmother have a good look. I can't believe we returned to find another grandson."

"Qingcheng, where did you say Qingfeng went?" Wang Changsheng asked in a deep voice. He was most concerned about Wang Qingfeng, worried he might cause serious trouble.

"He went out to hunt demon beasts. He should be back in a few days," Wang Qingcheng stammered.

"I want the truth," Wang Changsheng's tone grew heavier, his gaze authoritative.

Wang Qingcheng sighed and told him everything honestly.

"Father, let me ask Great Grandfather to send someone to look for him! He shouldn't have gone far," Sun Yuejiao suggested.

"No need. It's good for him to temper himself outside for a while. A jade uncarved is a mere stone. The fact that he thought of going out to gain experience is a good thing," Wang Changsheng said, shaking his head. He had thought Wang Qingfeng caused some serious trouble, so he was relieved to hear that Wang Qingfeng was going out to travel and gain experience. A hothouse flower will never grow strong, and he couldn't protect Wang Qingfeng forever. Wang Qingfeng's personality was a bit stubborn, so perhaps gaining some experience outside would change him.

"By the way, we will be establishing our own independent family in the future, and you all will too. We will go to Nine Dragon Island and build our own clan," Wang Changsheng said excitedly, his eyes filled with anticipation.

"Establish a clan!" Sun Yuejiao was somewhat surprised. She didn't quite understand. Zhenhai Palace had abundant cultivation resources and immense power; what was wrong with staying there? Striking out independently would be difficult.

"We gathered a large amount of cultivation resources from the Profound Spirit Grotto-Heaven, so the initial development of our family won't be an issue. You don't need to worry," Wang Ruyan comforted her. She knew that Sun Yuejiao had a strong sense of belonging to Zhenhai Palace, having grown up there since childhood.
