Chapter 329: New Beginning

Two days later, Xu Yang's team, led by their vehicle, had completely departed the Cloud Hill Ridge area and continued their exploration towards other parts of the continent.

Everyone in the team was in high spirits. Not only had the conflict in the Cloud Hill Ridge area been completely resolved, but they could also now venture into a new region to continue their journey.

However, their next destination had yet to be revealed. The next sealed section of the Divine Scroll, which Wushuang had brought back, had not yet opened. This indicated that the imperial guards Wushuang had dispatched had not yet located any other members of Xu Yang's team.

"Hey boss," Long Kun asked Xu Yang while snacking, "how many people are actually in your team? And what kind of stories have unfolded between you all? Since we're all out here traveling and gaining experience, why don't you tell us about your so-called real-world stories!" Immediately, every team member became intensely interested. Even Princess Wushuang, the only one in the team who had no connection with Xu Yang in the real world, was eager to listen.

"Alright then," Xu Yang replied, "since we have time, I'll tell you, starting with Long Kun's and my experiences!"

And so, Xu Yang began to recount a long story.

Many more days passed without them noticing. When Xu Yang finished recounting his experiences with the last team member, he noticed a subtle change in everyone's eyes.

"How is this possible?" Xu Yang wondered. "I can clearly feel that the soul vibrations of every single one of them have changed in frequency. Could it be that the stories I told have, to some extent, stimulated their soul origins?"

After this discovery, Xu Yang intended to continue telling the story until he had fully awakened each person's memories from the real world.

Unfortunately, it wasn't long before the third seal on the Divine Scroll on the table melted away!

There was news!!

Wushuang quickly stood up and handed the scroll to Xu Yang. Upon taking the scroll, Xu Yang was startled to see two exceptionally prominent names on it: Bai Lianxue and Chaotian Zhu!

"What's going on?" Xu Yang thought. "Could it be that they are both in the same location in this fantasy world?"

This thought instinctively arose in Xu Yang's mind, but then, when he saw the unfamiliar region name behind those two names, his gaze became more serious.

The Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty! The name was both familiar and strange.

Xu Yang looked up at Wushuang beside him, clearly hoping to learn more about this place from her.

However, he saw Wushuang frowning deeply.

"I must warn you," Wushuang began, "the Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty is a name that the entire continent holds with considerable apprehension. It is not located in the same region as the Divine Kingdom or the Flame Kingdom."

"Oh? Now that you mention it," Xu Yang replied, "I'm even more interested in this place."

Wushuang helplessly shook her head. "I've only been to such a place once," she said. "It's located to the south, bordering the Divine Kingdom and the Flame Kingdom. There lies a boundless ocean, known to the world as the Endless Sea! The Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty is located on a solitary island in the center of the Endless Sea. This ancient island is very unique; it snows there every day, all year round. Yet, it's also the most beautiful place on the entire continent; some people like to call it 'the place where dreams begin!'"

Xu Yang smiled and nodded, indicating his understanding. He knew that the most exquisite beauty in this world often coexisted with extreme danger.

"Since their names are shown on this," Xu Yang declared, "I must go to this place."

Wushuang shrugged and smiled. "I've already come with you; don't think I'll make any other choice," she said. "It's just the Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty, right? We just need to be extra careful after entering the Endless Sea region, because, as far as I know, the Endless Sea harbors the continent's most powerful magical beast. That ancient beast has lived for countless years, and no one on the entire continent wants to provoke it."

Upon hearing this, Xu Yang almost instinctively thought of that fellow, Daoist Xiaoyao. Perhaps he was the one who had sealed away another powerful ancient beast in this fantasy world.

After determining their new destination, everyone was exceptionally excited, eager to see what the legendary Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty, said to be the most beautiful place on the continent, was truly like.

"Oh my," exclaimed one of the Five Golden Flowers excitedly, "it snows every day! That world must be so beautiful! In my opinion, snow is the purest symbol!" The Five Golden Flowers were particularly excited, because it rarely snowed in the Divine Kingdom's capital, with only one snowy season every ten years. Fantasy-loving girls, in particular, always had high hopes for the winter season when snow descended.

The vehicle set off once more, heading directly for the Endless Sea, the entrance to the continent's most incredible Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty.

This journey was clearly much longer. It took almost half a month for them to reach the border of the Divine Kingdom's continent, which also demonstrated the vastness of the Divine Kingdom's territory.

Upon entering the airspace above the Endless Sea, everyone distinctly felt a significant change in the air. The air above the Endless Sea was permeated with an incredibly dense blend of divine and demonic elemental energy.

The Divine Kingdom's dense divine energy merged with the potent demonic energy from the various magical beasts rampant in the Endless Sea, creating this highly unique atmospheric state.

Cultivating in such a place would be extremely difficult for anyone possessing divine power.

Rumble!!

Suddenly, a loud boom erupted from the sea surface! A dark blue flying bird with two pairs of wings attacked their vehicle without warning.

"Holy cow, what kind of creature is that?" someone exclaimed. "It looks terrifying!"

No one seemed to have time to react as the enormous bird's entire body crashed into the underside of the vehicle. However, Xu Yang was the quickest to react, instantly rushing out and splitting the massive flying magical beast in half with a single sword stroke.

But the moment the beast's body burst apart, Xu Yang was also shocked. He was astonished to find that its stomach contained the remains of thousands of devoured sea magical beasts!

"It truly lives up to its name, the Endless Sea!" Xu Yang murmured. "I really wonder if this ocean ever ends!"

As time passed, the group soon noticed that the air temperature was steadily dropping. This undoubtedly had a great deal to do with the location of the Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty on the isolated island. According to Wushuang's assessment, the unique environment of the Ice and Snow Divine Dynasty, where it snowed all year round, was entirely due to its proximity to the Endless Sea.

"Could it be that there are top-tier magical beasts with extremely strong ice attributes around that island?" Xu Yang pondered.
