The Pure Yang Scroll is divided into five major chapters, spanning from the first to the fifth stage. Each chapter corresponds to one of the five major cultivation realms: Qi Condensation, Foundation Establishment, Core Formation, Nascent Soul, and Soul Transformation. The cultivation of each 'Yang' stage depends on the cultivator's talent, comprehension, and resources. At most, it can diminish 3 points of Water spiritual root affinity and 3 points of Wood spiritual root affinity, but through the Pure Yang secret method, it can ultimately increase Fire spiritual root affinity by 9 points.

If one's cultivation of the Nine Yang sublimation is consistently fortunate, gaining 9 points with each conversion, then by the end, even a cultivator initially lacking a Fire spiritual root would eventually possess an 81-point Heavenly Fire Spiritual Root. If a cultivator already possesses 20 points of Fire spiritual root affinity, the combined effect would directly elevate it to 100, transforming their spiritual root into an Immortal Fire Spiritual Root.
