As for the book itself, the core style won't change—that's clear from the moment Xu Xiaoshou shows up and breaks the system pointer. He's destined to be anything but ordinary, with wild ideas, a bit of silliness, and sometimes that middle-schooler-level hot-blooded energy...

On the side characters, I set them up from the start so not everyone revolves around one person, whether that's Xu Xiaoshou as the underdog or whatever. I pin down their personalities first, then bring them in at the right moments—whether for a brief cameo or a spotlight entrance—as long as they move the plot forward. That's what I'm aiming for.

The line between genius and madman is razor-thin, and if my characters ever blend into the crowd, it's probably because I've lost my spark!
