The Mortal World
Among the three tribes, the Witch Tribe was the weakest and desperately needed time to recover and recuperate, least wanting to restart hostilities. Qin Sang's mediation efforts perfectly aligned with the Witch Tribe's wishes, encountering almost no resistance within the tribe. Reverend Fang only conversed briefly with a few Witch Tribe elders during the banquet before making an immediate decision.
Although the current Witch Tribe was confined to a corner of the land, their dominance over the Vast Waves Sea far surpassed that of the Human Race, possessing knowledge of many secrets unknown to humans. Qin Sang valued them even more for this. Both host and guest were pleased, but they still had to wait for Reverend Fang to issue proclamations to various factions and to search for the items Qin Sang required.
Qin Sang stayed on Witch God Mountain that night. A celestial curtain rose over Witch God Mountain, shielding the lightning. In the courtyard, tree shadows swayed. Qin Sang looked up and could still see streaks of silver serpents meandering through the sky.
Just then, a person walked in from outside the courtyard. It was Reverend Fang. "True Monarch Qin summoned me. What important matter do you wish to discuss?"
Qin Sang averted his gaze, took out a pre-prepared jade slip, and sent it over. Reverend Fang was slightly surprised. He took it and instantly became engrossed, finally pulling his mind away with difficulty and taking a deep breath. "Thank you, True Monarch, for this great gift. I am truly undeserving. Please speak openly if you have any instructions!"
The jade slip contained divine patterns Qin Sang had learned from the Ghost Mother. One set was particularly special, being rubbings taken from the Ghost Mother's physical body after her ascension. While the Ghost Mother could refine physical bodies with these divine patterns, Reverend Fang might not possess the Ghost Mother's divine abilities. However, a thorough comprehension would greatly benefit his current state.
"I have no other requests, only a few spirit medicines, all listed here," Qin Sang said, looking at the jade slip. In his previous ecstasy, Reverend Fang hadn't noticed. He quickly re-examined it and saw that most of the spirit medicines were beneficial for spirit insects. Knowing that Qin Sang must also be cultivating spirit insects, he mused, "Our tribe's collection can gather most of them, but we lack one ingredient: Heavenly Centipede Root."
Qin Sang quickly asked, "Do you also have Water-Dwelling Spirit Flower?" Heavenly Centipede Root and Water-Dwelling Spirit Flower were two of the three main ingredients for the Azure Frost Elixir. He had already obtained the Hundred Insect Grass. From Reverend Fang's tone, he could complete the missing supplementary ingredients and the Water-Dwelling Spirit Flower. Seeing Reverend Fang's affirmation, Qin Sang was overjoyed. The Azure Frost Elixir only lacked the Heavenly Centipede Root! Although he didn't dare let the Celestial Eye Butterfly break through to the fifth transformation yet, refining the Azure Frost Elixir first wouldn't be a bad thing. He had inquired before, and the Witch Tribe did not possess the spirit medicines required for the High-grade Spirit-Suppressing Incense. Obtaining these was some consolation.
Reverend Fang immediately ordered his trusted aides to retrieve the spirit medicines, subtly probing Qin Sang about the origin of the divine patterns. Qin Sang found it inconvenient to disclose the Ghost Mother's background and vaguely brushed it off, leaving Reverend Fang quite disappointed.
Soon after, the spirit medicines were delivered. Qin Sang accepted them all. Once the others withdrew, he ran his finger over his Thousand-Jin Ring, lifting the Star Platform into his hand. "Fellow Daoist Fang, do you recognize this item?" He had just tried it in his room, but the Star Platform showed no reaction.
Hearing this, Reverend Fang looked at the Star Platform. At first, he was puzzled, then he seemed to recall something, suddenly stood up, and exclaimed in surprise, "This item..." Qin Sang narrowed his eyes, observing Reverend Fang. He noticed that the Starwing Cicada, which had always resided in Reverend Fang's mind palace, seemed to have been startled awake and was now staring intently at the Star Platform. Sensing Qin Sang's gaze, Reverend Fang instinctively looked over. Their eyes met, and he felt as though his thoughts had been completely seen through, causing him to inwardly tremble. He knew that if he didn't explain the reason, Qin Sang would definitely not let the matter rest.
He hesitated for a moment, then cupped his hands and said, "To be frank with True Monarch, this item closely resembles a treasure depicted in the murals of our tribe's sacred mountain shrine. Our tribe has been searching for it for a very long time, but there has been no news. I never expected True Monarch to obtain it."
Qin Sang looked up towards the mountain peak and saw an ancient stone hall there. "Is that the Witch God Shrine? Since this treasure is related to the shrine, what powers does it possess?"
"Since the shrine was designated as a sacred temple, it has always been the site of our tribe's grand ceremonies. However, the shrine itself has never displayed any divine peculiarities. As for the treasure depicted in the murals, we are not even sure if it truly exists, so we do not know its powers," Reverend Fang explained.
Qin Sang gave him a deep look and said, "May I enter the shrine for a look?"
"This..." Reverend Fang hesitated for a moment, then finally nodded.
Both were exceptionally powerful cultivators, and without disturbing anyone, they arrived before the shrine in an instant. The shrine was more symbolic; there was no supreme treasure within, so it lacked powerful protective restrictions. Reverend Fang opened the shrine, and Qin Sang stepped inside, as lightning illuminated the interior.
The hall was constructed from square stones, and a vibrantly colored mural was carved into its rough walls. The lines were straight, and the brushstrokes simple, yet it possessed a beauty that was both ancient and grand. Qin Sang observed closely, noting that the mural depicted a group of people gathered in front of the stone hall. There seemed to be inscriptions, but they had long since been erased. The stone hall was precisely the shrine they were in. The human figures were merely outlined with a few strokes, lacking distinct features, making it impossible to discern if they were from the Witch Tribe or the Human Race. Inside the shrine, one person stood with their back to the others, bowing towards a circular stone platform. Starlight poured from the platform, connecting upwards to the vast cosmos. This was the entire content of the mural.
Qin Sang looked down and saw that the ground was flat with no depressions, but it was engraved with complex, incomprehensible patterns. In the center of the pattern was a drawn circle, precisely the size of the Star Platform in Qin Sang's hand. He focused intently, feeling that the dots and strokes on the pattern were some kind of unknown runes. After contemplating them without understanding, he glanced at Reverend Fang, then, without hesitation, wrapped the Star Platform in true essence and let it fall toward the center.
Before it even landed, Qin Sang sensed something unusual and his gaze sharpened slightly. The Star Platform seemed to be pulled by some force, dropping directly onto the ground. The ground immediately trembled violently, and instantly, starlight shimmered brightly. Not only the Star Platform but the entire pattern on the ground glowed dazzlingly. An inexplicable rhythm flowed within it, making the shrine appear dreamlike and ethereal.
Qin Sang and Reverend Fang exchanged glances, both showing surprise, while secretly guarding against any sudden changes. Immediately after, a familiar sensation welled up in Qin Sang's mind. Qin Sang quickly looked up at the sky, utterly astonished. He could directly see the Milky Way and the deep starry sky with his naked eyes. The hall's ceiling and the cloud-thunder in the sky had vanished. Myriad stars seemed to be directly above them, shining with a sparkling brilliance, and it was absolutely not an illusion! The starlight flickered, brightening and dimming as if breathing, echoing something unseen.
Qin Sang shifted his gaze, staring intently at the Star Platform. At this moment, the entire platform had merged with the pattern on the ground and was actively condensing starlight. A dim, ethereal radiance spread throughout the shrine along the pattern. The two instinctively took two steps back, reaching the shrine entrance. Looking up again, the dark clouds and lightning were clearly still present, yet other Nascent Soul cultivators practicing in their Witch God Mountain cave dwellings were completely unaware!
Qin Sang's lips moved slightly. Just as he was about to ask something, he saw the changes inside the shrine suddenly accelerate. One by one, runes were continuously lit up by starlight, leaping from the ground like living creatures, twisting and writhing like earthworms. In an instant, countless runes floated up, densely filling the shrine's space, all composed of starlight, scattering a clear radiance. In a flash, the runes solidified, and fine threads of starlight appeared between them, finally connecting to the Star Platform, forming an extraordinarily complex rune array centered on the platform.
As soon as the rune array formed, the stars in the sky seemed to sense it, suddenly brightening. Starlight streamed down, the threads instantly tightened, and the runes were drawn together, forming circular light platforms floating in mid-air, appearing like miniature Star Platforms. Qin Sang observed and found the arrangement of the Star Platforms somewhat familiar. Counting them, there were twenty-eight in total, each corresponding to one of the Twenty-Eight Lunar Mansions in the sky, forming a Cosmic Star Array.
No, there should be twenty-nine! The Star Platform had already become transparent and clear, almost entirely composed of starlight. By this point, the shrine had gradually stabilized, but the function of the array was still unclear. Qin Sang subtly sensed the energy within, his expression shifting slightly.
Reverend Fang looked over at this moment. "True Monarch?"
Qin Sang remained silent, then nodded. Reverend Fang immediately took out twenty-nine mid-grade spirit stones. Earlier, both he and Qin Sang had sensed that the twenty-eight floating light platforms were meant for placing spirit stones, as was the Star Platform itself, which had a vacant space in its surface starlight. The array's purpose was unknown, so they would first try with lower-grade spirit stones.
Reverend Fang flicked his finger. *Swoosh swoosh...* The spirit stones fell into place. Dazzling light flared within the shrine. As the two vigilantly watched, the light suddenly dimmed, then returned to normal. Looking at the spirit stones on the light platforms, they were all pale, cracked, and completely devoid of luster, their spiritual energy instantly drained. Reverend Fang wasn't surprised by this sight and was about to retrieve high-grade spirit stones.
Qin Sang's eyes flashed with sharp light. "Wait!" Reverend Fang was slightly startled. He saw Qin Sang project several streams of light that transformed into eight large banners, planting them around the shrine. The banners fluttered, emitting thick white mist that sealed off the shrine. Knowing that Qin Sang must have discerned something, Reverend Fang didn't ask further and released the high-grade spirit stones from his hand.
High-grade spirit stones were indeed different; the starlight of the array glowed continuously. Qin Sang vaguely felt a strange fluctuation, distantly connecting to a star palace. Looking at the shrine's dome again, myriad stars seemed to be drawn by this array, moving slightly closer to the ground. Within the shrine, starlight was like a deep abyss, and majestic star power flowed robustly among the star array. Qin Sang and Reverend Fang both had the illusion that they were being pulled towards the starry sky, vaguely sensing a boundless and ancient aura.
Before they could properly savor the sensation, they suddenly heard a 'crack.' Both their expressions changed. They quickly looked at the center of the star array, only to see that the spirit stones in the Twenty-Eight Lunar Mansion positions were intact, but the one on the central Star Platform had cracked open. Reverend Fang hastily tried to replace the spirit stone, but it was too late. The energy flow within the star array became chaotic. With a thunderous explosion, all twenty-eight high-grade spirit stones simultaneously shattered, and a violent aura nearly destroyed the rune array and overturned the shrine.
Gazing at the chaotic shrine, Qin Sang didn't rush to act. He stopped the somewhat anxious Reverend Fang. "Are there any peak-grade spirit stones on the mountain?"
"Peak-grade spirit stones?" Reverend Fang was momentarily stunned. He had intended to try and maintain it by continuously replacing high-grade spirit stones, but from Qin Sang's words, it seemed only peak-grade spirit stones would suffice! Peak-grade spirit stones were exceedingly rare, objects that cultivators cherished as supreme treasures. Even a top-tier spirit mine might not yield a single one, and they were few and far between across an entire region. Even if the Witch Tribe once possessed such treasures, after successive wars, they now had none. The Witch Tribe's heritage included several ancient arrays of immense power. Once activated, they could make both humans and demons wary, but all required peak-grade spirit stones, thus they could only be stored away. The Human Race and Demon Race were probably not much better off.
This array actually required peak-grade spirit stones to activate. Reverend Fang's expectation immediately diminished by more than half. He frowned and asked, "True Monarch, can you discern the origin of this array?"
Qin Sang laughed heartily, "I've searched high and low for something, only to find it effortlessly!"
"What? This is the Ascension Platform?" Reverend Fang was both shocked and delighted. He couldn't help but take a deep breath. Once his mind settled slightly, he felt puzzled. "Why is this array different from what True Monarch described?"
"It is indeed different," Qin Sang nodded. "May I ask, Fellow Daoist, what is the origin of this shrine?" Reverend Fang hesitated for a moment, then revealed a secret. It turned out that there was no definitive conclusion on whether Witch God Mountain and Witch God Shrine were truly the dwelling places of the Witch God. One theory was that during a period of turmoil for the Witch Tribe, the contemporary Grand Witch Priest invoked the name of the Witch God to stabilize morale. But whether true or false, the sacred site's status in the hearts of Witch Tribe cultivators was already unshakable.
Qin Sang secretly nodded. No wonder he couldn't find obvious Witch Tribe traces on the rune array; it turned out even the Witch Tribe couldn't determine its origin. He looked up at the sky and said quietly, "This array should not be called an Ascension Platform. It's more appropriate to call it a Guidance Platform!" When the star array was activated earlier, he had a familiar feeling. It was similar to when the Ghost Mother broke through the realm and ascended, which was why he was so certain. In the depths of the starry sea, there seemed to be an unknown power, distantly echoing the star array, especially clear just before the spirit stones shattered. And the Ascension Platform did not exhibit such characteristics. It was clear that inside and outside this realm were communicating with star power, even using it to construct a starlight passage to break through the realm barrier. No wonder the Star Platform could connect with the stars.
Qin Sang was currently feeling a mix of joy and worry. The joy was that his efforts had paid off; traveling through various realms, he had finally found a way out. And if the guidance was still present, it should be easier than an Ascension Platform. The worry was not knowing which powerful being was providing the guidance. One thing was certain: he was absolutely no match for the other party. If it were a human grand cultivator or a Witch Tribe grand cultivator from the Ghost Mother's side, it would be fine. But if it were a demon or devil, he feared he might escape one cage only to fall into a tiger's den.
While he was in thought, stability returned to the shrine. Qin Sang gazed at the star array, and with a thought, his true essence transformed into a hand, reaching for the Star Platform in the air. With a resonant clang, it slowly pulled the Star Platform up. Without the Star Platform, the shrine reverted to an ordinary stone hall. Qin Sang had already memorized the rune array and the patterns, and was preparing to make rubbings.
Putting away the Star Platform, Qin Sang saw Reverend Fang wanting to speak but hesitating. He said gravely, "The origin of this array is unknown. I will find a way to investigate its history. If I can ascertain it, when the day of ascension comes, Fellow Daoist Fang will have a place." Reverend Fang's face lit up with joy. Just as he was about to speak, Qin Sang waved his hand to stop him. "Although this place is the Witch Tribe's shrine, it might be the only way out of this realm. However, the Witch Tribe cannot monopolize it. In the future, I will set up a grand array in the shrine. From now on, no matter which realm they come from, no matter their bloodline or race, they must ascend from here."
"From now on, this mountain will be a sacred site for this realm. Our tribe pledges to guard it forever. Any fellow Daoist who comes here will be treated equally, without any restrictions," Reverend Fang naturally saw the benefits. The Witch Tribe would transform into a guardian tribe, and with a True Monarch's decree, who would dare to provoke them?
Qin Sang nodded in satisfaction. "Send word to Palace Master Bao and the Demon Sea. Next, you all should work together to investigate the shrine's origin and collect peak-grade spirit stones. I will return to the Central Plains soon and will also gather fellow Daoists from other regions to examine ancient texts. At the latest, I will return in a century." Not to mention that he only had one peak-grade spirit stone in his possession; even if he had more, he couldn't act rashly. Peak-grade spirit stones were incredibly precious; not even one could be wasted. It was unclear if the star array had other uses besides guidance, so preparations needed to be made in advance. Even if he truly decided to take this path, he still needed to improve his adaptability as much as possible before ascending. The plans for the Qilin Origin Seed and the Grand Unity Star Carriage hadn't materialized, so Qin Sang wasn't in a hurry.
Several days later, a streak of light flew out of the Witch God Continent, heading directly west. Qin Sang was preparing to return to the Central Plains immediately to make arrangements as soon as possible. He already knew the locations of various states, so he could take shortcuts and didn't need to strictly follow the sea chart. The top clans in the Central Plains must surely possess peak-grade spirit stones. At least, the first batch of ascenders should be guaranteed. Qin Sang wasn't worried about finding pioneers; by then, there would certainly be those whose lifespans were nearing their end, willing to lead the way. However, being separated by two realms, it might not be very useful. In any case, finding the Guidance Platform was good news for both him and Liuli. This trip was truly worthwhile; he now had more options!
While contemplating, Qin Sang flew across the ocean, pausing briefly at the Wind-Splitting Archipelago. Peach Blossom Island, where Senior Azure Bamboo once resided, now had a new owner. Qin Sang did not show himself, merely paid his respects from outside the island. Flying out of the Wind-Splitting Archipelago, they were not far from the Storm Zone. "If there's time, I could look for shelters and open up a sea route so that grand cultivators can also travel to the Vast Waves Sea. But peak-grade spirit stones are ultimately limited, so it's just a thought for now..." Qin Sang mused silently. With the Witch Tribe's Soul Transformation stage sea charts as a basis, it wouldn't take much effort, just some time.
*Rumble rumble...* The storm was no longer a threat to him. Qin Sang casually activated his protective spirit essence barrier, passing through the barrier without hesitation and rushing into the Storm Zone. Not long after flying out, Qin Sang suddenly felt something amiss. He awoke from his contemplation and sharply looked up. The surrounding storm had, at some unknown point, turned blood-red. In the sky, a blood moon had appeared out of nowhere. It was blurry at first, then became increasingly clear, piercing through the storm and illuminating the area!
Illuminated by the blood moon, Qin Sang immediately felt a chill, and instinctively, a hint of dread. What horrified him even more was that as the blood moon gradually materialized, the demonic whispers in his ears grew increasingly frantic and rapid. If not for the Jade Buddha's protection, Qin Sang would likely have to exert all his strength to resist the surging madness. It was as if the blood moon was the source of the Heavenly Dao's demonic whispers!
"Run!" The Vermillion Bird shrieked, also sensing the threat. Qin Sang had no time to think and hastily retreated. Unexpectedly, when he retreated back to the Vast Waves Sea, the blood-red light pursued him. Twisted blood-red light covered the barrier, opening a blood curtain before Qin Sang. Under the distortion of the storm, it seemed to be crawling with countless blood-red worms, a sickening sight. Even though he had fled back, the demonic whispers showed no signs of diminishing. Immediately after, an even more terrifying scene unfolded: 'blood worms' actually burrowed through. The barrier that had protected cultivators in this realm for countless years had been penetrated!
Qin Sang's expression darkened as he witnessed an even more terrifying sight: high in the sky, a streak of bloody light appeared at the edge of the bright moon. "Do you know what this is?" Qin Sang managed to remain calm and asked the Vermillion Bird. "I've never seen it..." The Vermillion Bird's voice trembled. "We're going to die!"
Qin Sang, however, let out a cold snort. Seeing more and more 'blood worms' infiltrating, he no longer hesitated, immediately manifested phoenix wings, activated his Thunder Escape technique, and tore through the air. He didn't know the true origin of the blood moon, but it was definitely related to the Heavenly Dao's demonic whispers. Qin Sang knew his limitations. Even with the Jade Buddha, he was absolutely no match for the opponent in a direct confrontation. Yet, the opponent had clearly targeted him and could even pass through the barrier to pursue him. In any case, he absolutely could not fall into the hands of such a demonic entity!
A bolt of lightning pierced the night sky beneath the moon. At this moment, in other parts of the Vast Waves Sea, people also discovered the moon's unusual state. Starting as a mere streak of bloody light, it gradually spread across the full moon, slowly devouring a portion of it. Even more terrifying, as the moon set and the sun rose, the sun was also tainted, and blood-red sunlight began to spread.
"Could it be the legendary Celestial Dog Devouring the Sun?""Bloody color, where did this demon come from! The sun and moon are being devoured. Is the legendary world-ending calamity truly upon us?"For a time, the entire Vast Waves Sea was in a state of panic. Both mortals and cultivators alike were utterly terrified.
On Witch God Mountain, Reverend Fang led a group of elders outside the cloud-covered area, looking up at the sky with worried expressions. They also didn't understand what this celestial phenomenon represented, whether it was auspicious or ominous.
"If only we had known, we should have kept True Monarch Qin for a few more days, perhaps..." An elder couldn't help but sigh. Before he finished speaking, he was interrupted by the sound of thunder. Reverend Fang's gaze sharpened slightly. He instinctively prepared to meet the thunder, but then saw a bolt of lightning tear through the air, which was True Monarch Qin returning.
Qin Sang looked up. It was daytime, and the great sun was high in the sky, yet it was being consumed by blood-red light, leaving only a crescent-like glow. The demonic whispers became incredibly rapid and frantic. In a little while, they would likely begin to affect Nascent Soul cultivators. His ominous premonition grew stronger.
"Quickly open the shrine!" he shouted loudly.
Reverend Fang vaguely guessed something. His expression changed, and he flew back to Witch God Mountain. Just as he opened the shrine, his eyes lit up as a bolt of lightning rushed inside. As Qin Sang approached, Reverend Fang inexplicably felt oppressed and fearful, his mind showing signs of instability, and he instinctively retreated.
"What happened?" Reverend Fang urgently asked. How could Qin Sang know the cause? He could only transmit what he knew. With a flick of his sleeve, the Star Platform rapidly descended. As the star array formed, twenty-eight high-grade spirit stones and one peak-grade spirit stone returned to their respective positions, and the previous scene reappeared. Now, although it was daytime, the shrine's dome still reflected myriad stars. In the depths of the starry sea, the power echoing the star array became increasingly clear.
"Are you willing to come with me?" Qin Sang sensed that this platform was not limited to just one person. He looked at Reverend Fang, knowing that even with the guidance, he could at most protect grand cultivators, but not the other Witch Tribe cultivators. Reverend Fang showed a look of struggle, then finally shook his head and sighed deeply. "The Witch Tribe cannot be without its Grand Witch Priest!" Qin Sang was clearly being pursued by a terrifying demonic entity, and the consequences of going were unpredictable. Regardless of this unexpected turn, he couldn't leave like this. Especially in these troubled times, he could not abandon his entire tribe.
Qin Sang did not insist. In this situation, he dared not hesitate further and stepped onto the Star Platform.
*Boom!* Qin Sang was instantly engulfed by dense starlight.
At the same moment, Witch Tribe cultivators outside the mountain saw another strange phenomenon in the sky. On the summit of Witch God Mountain, stars lit up in the clear sky, forming a stark contrast with the eerie blood-red sun. Myriad stars revolved around Witch God Mountain. Their light converged, transforming into a flowing, clear rainbow that descended from the sky.
Meanwhile, Qin Sang's figure vanished from the Star Platform. He had used teleportation arrays to escape death more than once. However, this time, luck was not on his side!
The bloody light above the blood-red sun suddenly flared intensely, detaching from the sun, shooting down rapidly, and transforming into a blood-red wind out of thin air. Wherever the blood-red wind passed, cracks appeared in the void, causing incessant turbulence. Just as the starlight shimmered down, the blood-red wind arrived a step earlier, thoroughly dyeing the summit of Witch God Mountain in blood-red. Fortunately, Reverend Fang was alert. He opened the shrine and immediately retreated, thus escaping disaster. He looked in horror towards the shrine, only to see the void cracking there. The blood-red wind brazenly surged into the spatial rift. Within the void storm, a streak of blood-red light appeared. Inside the blood-red light, there seemed to be a twisted, struggling human figure.
The spatial rift instantly closed. The starlight lingered for a moment, then dissipated. The stars vanished. At that time, the scorching sun reappeared, as if nothing had happened. However, the summit of Witch God Mountain was now empty. The shrine, along with the entire summit of Witch God Mountain, had been erased by the blood-red wind. Had the cultivators on the mountain not been startled by the celestial phenomenon and left their cave dwellings, the consequences would have been unimaginable. The dark clouds and heavenly lightning that had enveloped Witch God Mountain for countless years had now dispersed! Sunlight shone brightly on the broken mountain remnants.
(End of Volume Five!)
1. Volume Six: "The Fisherman." Please look forward to it.2. To be honest, before starting this book, it was just a spur-of-the-moment decision. I truly didn't expect to persist for so long. Now, I only hope to present even more exciting content for everyone. I don't seem to have many other thoughts. Everything I wanted to write has been written, the plot holes have been filled, and hooks have been left. The completion is quite satisfactory. With the completion of this volume, the Mortal Realm Arc concludes. Thank you all for your continuous support! A new, grander chapter will begin next. The higher the cultivation realm, the harder it is to write, and I am feeling more anxious. Therefore... I will take a week off to organize the outline.3. An audiobook version of this book has been released. I've observed it for a while, and the narrator, Fellow Daoist Li Huang, has done a very dedicated job. For those who want to revisit the story without straining their eyes, please consider supporting it.
