Han Li merely glanced over the two individuals, his gaze then settling on the distant figure whose face showed a hint of tension.

The division of the Yuan Sha Ancestor, which had just exploded the Black Wind Flag, was clearly targeting the seal. Above the altar, a large mass of dark, chaotic energy shrouded the area. Although nothing could be clearly seen, most of the surrounding stone pillars had been destroyed in the previous spatial tearing. Only a small portion remained, standing forlornly, indicating that the magic array had been thoroughly ruined.

Under Han Li's slightly narrowed gaze, the distant black glow flickered a few times, then rapidly shrank before mysteriously vanishing.

The sight made Han Li's pupils contract involuntarily.

The altar, once over a hundred feet high, was now only fifty to sixty feet tall, its upper half appearing as if it had been cut off by a colossal blade, leaving only a remnant.

Floating near the altar were two objects and one person.

One was Xiang Zhili, encased in a purple light barrier. The barrier, which had once shone brightly, was now teetering, appearing as though it could dissipate with a mere breath. Xiang Zhili himself was drenched in sweat, his face pale, as if he had just undergone a fierce battle.

Of the two objects, one was the Reverse Star Disk, about a foot in diameter, rotating gracefully in the air. It was enveloped by a viscous golden light, making it seem mysterious and unfathomable. The other object, suspended directly above the altar, was a small, dark, broken piece.

Its strange shape made Han Li pause, but he immediately recognized it as the remaining fragment of the Black Wind Flag. Most of this spiritual treasure had vanished without a trace in the previous self-detonation. Yet, the remaining portion still flickered with black light, seemingly not entirely destroyed.

Han Li scanned the surroundings, surprised not to see Linglong or the black wolf. Suddenly, the Reverse Star Disk rotated, spewing a beam of golden light from its center.

A graceful figure emerged with this golden light, then coldly stared at the Black Wind Flag. It was Linglong. The half-fragment of the Black Wind Flag also underwent a strange transformation: a burst of black energy surged from it, condensing into a several-foot-tall, two-headed black wolf. The wolf's fur was dull, and its four eyes were devoid of spirit.

Upon seeing this wolf, Xiang Zhili's expression darkened. He took a few deep breaths, and his abnormally pale face instantly glowed with vitality. Without another word, he raised a hand, extending two fingers, and pointed at the wolf.

With two soft thuds, two sword lights, one golden and one red, shot from his fingertips. As soon as they left his hand, they grew to over ten feet in size, like two divine dragons from beyond the heavens, crossing to strike directly at the black wolf.

Xiang Zhili was quite astute. Although he didn't know what had just happened, it was clear that this creature, brimming with demonic energy, must be a demon suppressed by the Demon Suppression Pagoda. Naturally, he intended to strike first while the opponent was weak.

However, the wolf's face showed fury. Its two heads simultaneously roared, each spewing a black light pillar that blocked the massive sword lights. But upon contact, they immediately showed signs of being overwhelmed, indicating that the explosion of the Black Wind Flag had nearly exhausted its demonic energy.

Yet, the wolf showed no alarm. Instead, it grimly swiped at the altar below, then suddenly let out a piercing shriek that could penetrate metal and stone.

Han Li, in the distance, showed a hint of surprise as an incredible scene unfolded.

The altar, dozens of feet high, instantly shattered, as if it were made of sand on a beach, and vanished into nothingness amidst the howling wind.

Almost simultaneously, streams of ink-black demonic energy erupted from the altar's remains, rapidly spreading throughout the entire space.

"Oh no, the seal has been opened!" exclaimed the Millennium Corpse Bear, greatly alarmed.

Upon seeing this, Linglong's expression instantly turned grim.

Though Xiang Zhili was unaware of the preceding events, the sight of so much demonic energy surging from below seemed to trigger a memory, and his face instantly became extremely grim.

Seeing the voluminous demonic energy emerge, Han Li's mouth twitched. Without a word, he urged the golden giant sword suspended above his head. With a hum, it transformed into a golden rainbow, striking repeatedly at the barrier not far away.

With a series of roars, blinding golden light burst forth from the barrier. But immediately, countless crimson arrows densely attacked it; it was the humanoid puppet, wielding its thunder-fire attack, unleashing a sky full of fiery arrows.

In an instant, the entire barrier trembled slightly, but it was clearly far from being broken.

Han Li's face was as still as water. With a flip of his hand, the Three Flame Fan appeared in his palm.

But before he could take a deep breath and fan the barrier, a dazzling beam of blood light and two crescent flying knives simultaneously shot over, embedding themselves in the barrier.

Han Li glanced over, startled. It was the Millennium Corpse Bear and Lin Yinping, who had also flown nearby, anxiously launching their attacks.

It seemed they understood that if they couldn't break through the barrier and escape quickly, they would certainly be unable to withstand the erosion of the demonic energy. Whether they sought to ascend to the Spirit Realm with Linglong's help, or were interested in the Celestial Spiritual Treasures, their primary goal was self-preservation. Han Li said nothing, and the Three Flame Fan in his hand burst forth with dazzling light. A three-colored firebird cried out as it flew from the fan's surface, striking the barrier repeatedly.

The next moment, three-colored halos emerged. As various runes flickered, the barrier emitted deafening roars and began to twist and deform.

The attacks from other treasures naturally intensified simultaneously!

Watching as the barrier twisted to its extreme under various attacks, yet still failed to collapse or break, Han Li's expression darkened. He quickly pulled out a jade bottle, consumed the spiritual liquid to restore his magic power, and mentally considered other means of attack.

Just then, a flash of yellow light shot forth, and as the light receded, a yellow talisman appeared, sticking to the barrier.

Instantly, a layer of yellow light covered the barrier. Han Li was startled, not yet understanding what was happening.

Then, a dazzling golden mass, enveloped in light, shot down like a meteor from the sky.

A strange beast, wrapped in layers of golden flames, flashed and materialized near the barrier.

Under a violent tremor, the spatial barrier shattered, and a hole appeared, through which several rays of white light streamed in from the outside.

Overwhelmed with surprise and joy, Han Li moved without hesitation, instantly transforming into a streak of light and shooting directly through the hole. The humanoid puppet also flashed and vanished from its original spot.

His vision cleared, and Han Li found himself in a somewhat familiar large hall. Several other streaks of light almost immediately followed Han Li out. After circling in the air, they materialized.

Besides the Millennium Corpse Bear and Lin Yinping, another person was Xiang Zhili, who had just been near the altar.

And this hall was surprisingly the seventh floor of the Demon Suppression Pagoda!

Han Li looked at Xiang Zhili, somewhat surprised. The latter merely chuckled at Han Li, seemingly about to say something.

But then, a pillar of golden light shot directly from the barrier. It then converged into a huge ball of light. With a flash of a figure, the silver-haired woman appeared in the light ball, holding the Reverse Star Disk.

The little old man's opened mouth immediately closed, swallowing the words that had been on his lips.

The hole in the barrier quickly shrank, mending itself in a blink of an eye.

The few people in the hall remained silent, eyeing each other warily, and for a moment, they just stared blankly.

"Hmph, if you stay here any longer, that demon will absorb enough demonic energy, and we will all be dead ends," Linglong said coldly, her icy gaze sweeping over Han Li and Xiang Zhili before she spoke first.

"Are you Senior Long Meng?" Xiang Zhili asked hesitantly, not entirely certain. After all, the one who had imprisoned him in the Illusory Heavenly Phenomena was Long Meng, or rather, a new soul fused with a demonic soul, which felt naturally different from Linglong.

"You know quite a lot. Did the two elders of Kunwu leave you any messages? However, that so-called Long Meng was only a part of me," Linglong said unceremoniously.

Such a complex relationship naturally made Xiang Zhili blink, momentarily confused. Linglong's delicate brows furrowed, but she still moved her lips slightly, transmitting a message. Just a few words, and Xiang Zhili was first surprised, then enlightened. He then hastily re-examined Linglong with his eyes, confirming with his divine sense that the silver-haired woman in front of him indeed had no trace of demonic energy, before finally relaxing his expression. He quickly clasped his hands and said, "Congratulations, Princess Linglong, for finally escaping today. Regarding your affairs, the two elders did indeed leave us juniors some guidance back then. What happened back then, the two elders were forced to do it. After all, Immortal Long Meng's original spirit had fused with a demonic soul at that time, and they truly dared not let her leave."

"Hmph, we can talk about this when I return to the Spirit Realm. You should think about how to control the demonic energy. If my body is soaked in True Demonic Qi for more than three days, it will completely solidify into a demonic body. At that time, once this demon recovers its original divine abilities, with the aid of the endless demonic energy beneath the altar, if it leaves this place, it won't be difficult to create an army of demons again. The entire Human Realm will also return to the chaos seen during the ancient wars," Linglong said coldly.

"Even without Your Highness saying so, this junior knows a little. Not to mention the terror of True Demonic Qi, even if this demon recovers its astonishing cultivation from back then, no one in our Human Realm would likely be able to subdue him. But the ninth floor is already filled with demonic energy. Even if we wanted to kill him while he is weak, I'm afraid we lack the ability. This demon also has a continuous supply of demonic energy. As long as he deliberately evades us, we two will have to retreat again. Moreover, I only have two of those Boundary-Breaking Talismans left, which I obtained from the Grand Unity Sect," Xiang Zhili said with a bitter smile, shrugging his hands.

The silver-haired woman listened to these words, knowing that what he said was true, and couldn't help but ponder.

"If that's the case, can't the demonic energy be sealed again?" Lin Yinping couldn't help but ask.

"It's not that easy. The original sealing array has been destroyed, and the Dragon Transformation Seal, which could control the Kunwu Mountain restrictions, was shattered by this demon with a single palm when I left. Otherwise, if we could have obtained that artifact, we could have activated a backup array to suppress the demonic energy again. But now..." Xiang Zhili shook his head and sighed.

Upon hearing this, the hall fell silent again.

"Since there's a backup array, given the wisdom of ancient cultivators, they wouldn't really have only had the Dragon Transformation Seal as a control artifact, would they?" Han Li, who had been silent, spoke calmly.
